Essential Skills for Ecuadorian Entrepreneur´s Success

This article presents a study that determines the skills considered essential for entrepreneurs from theoretical and practical point of view. For development this research, two phases were developed, first was oriented to analysis existing agreement between Ecuadorian on that, according analyzed literature, contribute success business; second verify in results obtained validate identified. The involved 10 experts 400 entrepreneurs, successful, identify what they be venture based recognized literature. made it possible consistently entrepreneurial context with high statistical significance, which leads suggest these should enhanced training incipient already consolidated market. Through conclusively revealed studied consider are facilitators their businesses, so mastery could reduce mortality rate both new established businesses.
